SYNOPSIS - Charulatha

'Charulatha' is a Tamil horror film directed by Pon Kumaran. The movie stars Priyamani in dual role whereas the male lead is played by debutant Skanda. The movie is an official remake of the Thai film 'Alone'.

The story, it is about Latha (Priyamani) who comes to her native town after a few years, to take care of her ailing mother.

The truth is now revealed that she had a conjoined twin sister named Charu (Priyamani again) who is no more. And Charu's spirit wants to kill Latha for it was she who was behind her death.
