The film is set in the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy and unravels the cold and callous attitude of a multinational company towards the victims of the gas leak. Kay Kay is an employee at the Union Carbide company. Nethra plays his wife who is away visiting her parents on that fateful day and thus, for a while separated from her husband. Naseeruddin Shah, an ex-employee of the company is an auto-rickshaw driver; Zeenat Aman is a mujra dancer. |
