Manoj Bajpayee is a true actor. His character in Gangs of Wasseypur has no mercy, no tenderness and he is absolutely nasty. But you will like him for his spontaneity and his impeccable comic timing. He is the real hero in the movie.

There are a lot of movies based on reality. But Gangs of Wasseypur is really a striker. It is not for the weak hearted because certain scenes in the movie might really skip your heart beat. But it is worth a watch.

People who do not really know of the background of coal mines and their history might actually wonder 'what's happening' while watching the movie. But the narration by Piyush Mishra actually helps you understand. There are alot of central characters in the movie. But you will like most of them.
