Housefull 2 is a 2012 Bollywood comedy film directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is the sequel to the movie Housefull. The film will star Akshay Kumar along with Asin Thottumkal.
It will also feature Ritesh Deshmukh, Randhir Kapoor, Boman Irani and Chunkey Pandey from the original and new additions who are Mithun Chakraborty, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rishi Kapoor, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee, Amitabh Bachchan and Shreyas Talpade who replaced Rahul Khanna at the last minute. This time the trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will be replaced by Sajid-Wajid. The sequel was confirmed by producer Sajid Nadiadwala on September 30, 2010. Filming of the movie started on 9 June 2011. It is scheduled for release on April 5, 2012. |
