Thenmerku Paruvakatru is a 2010 Indian Tamil language drama film written and directed by Seenu Ramasamy and produced by Shibu Issac. It stars Vijay Sethupathy, Vasundhara and Saranya Ponvannan in the lead roles and released on 24 December 2010. The film tells the story of a widowed woman Veerayi (Saranya), who has brought up her son Murugan (Vijay Sethupathy), a goat herd, alone. The film has a rural background but it is not a typical village story with some 'lungi' clad man romancing leading ladies. |
