'Yeh Khula Aasmaan' revolves around Avinash, a young intelligent boy going through an extremely challenging phase of life due to his academic failures. He feels an immense vacuum which unfortunately his busy parents are unable to fill. In desperation he visits his Grandfather (Dadu) after several years.
Being the Best Kite Runner of his era, Dadu uses the 'kite' to subtly impart the lessons of life and prepares Avinash to face life. Under Dadu's company Avinash discovers many unexplored yet invaluable facets of life finding true Friendship, Love and Inspiration to lead a life full of hope, joy and success.

The movie can hardly be criticized because it is a children's movie and it is dealt in a sweet manner. Raghubir Yadav is excellent and he is the main reason to watch the movie. Raj has done a decent job.

The movie is really nice, but at times we feel funny watching it. There is a small romance between two HSC pass students. They the funniest part is when they are shown married with a kid at the end. The portion could have been more convincing if they had taken two grown ups rather than the kids.

Yeh Khula Aasmaan is really a feel good movie and you will not feel bored watching it for sure. The movie is internationally acclaimed and I think it deserves it. There are many instances when you feel emotional and actually and connect with the actors. Raghubir Yadav has done it again and he is superb. Raj is cute.
