Since a decade, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was the unofficial Bollywood brand ambassador at Cannes film festival, however, this year things are going to be different.

Kareena Kapoor is likely to go to Cannes this year with her movie 'Heroine' and she would also be walking the glamorous Red Carpet. Ash is still trying to lose all the post pregnancy weight and is not in shape to walk the carpet for L'Oreal.

This makes room for a new Bollywood face and who could be better than Kareena Kapoor. Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is keen on screening his movie 'Heroine' at Cannes as he wants to make a mark in the International movie scene. 

It's ironical, but last year it was Ash who took Madhur to Cannes as they launched 'Heroine' at the film festival. However, Ash got pregnant later and she had a fallout with Madhur which led to quite a controversy. 

Now, with Madhur keen on taking 'Heroine', the big question remains - Can he do the Cannes???
