Bhansali in legal trouble for 'Chinta Ta'

The film 'Rowdy Rathore' is roaring at the box office, as it broke several records and has apparently grossed around 48 crores within the first three days of its release.

The film which is a remake of the super-hit south film 'Vikramakudu'  and is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali (SLB) who had bought the rights of the original to remake it.

However, the filmmaker who retained the song 'Chinta Ta Ta' from the original, forgot to buy rights of the same which was with a Hyderabad based music label Aditya Music.

So, when the film was recently released, the holders of the music rights slammed SLB with a legal notice for using their tunes without getting the required permission and paying the dues.

Sanjay who realized his mistake preferred an out of court settlement and submitted a whopping 50 lakhs to the music banner.
