This is for the first time that Rohit and Shah Rukh have joined hands to make a film together and that is the sole reason behind the trade experts going nuts over the prospect of the film. And it is this huge hype around the film that has got the duo a lucrative deal.

The film that will be reportedly co-produced by SRK has been apparently sold for 105 crore already. 

Considering Rohit's successful streak as a filmmaker teamed up with Shah Rukh's super stardom, the film bagging this deal comes as a no surprise as both SRK & Rohit are commercial masters.
