Bollywood’s light eyed beauty Kareena Kapoor has been one actress who wears her heart on her sleeves and has been renowned for her outspoken nature. And the vivacious Kareena heard about some rumors about her forthcoming film "Heroine" she decided to clear the air over it for once and all.

The actress was recently left stunned when she heard that her film was compared to her contemporary Vidya Balan’s last hit "The Dirty Picture" citing the similar plot. Both the film revolves around strong female protagonist’s life and journey in an entertainment industry. But Kareena believes that beyond this there is absolutely no connection between the two films.

“Vidya Balan did an awesome job in the film "The Dirty Picture" but I’d like to clear that there are absolutely no similarities between our films,” stated Kareena. She further made an attempt to point out the differences, "Silk was an item girl while my character in "Heroine’" is that of a full fledged film actress," added Kareena. Kareena exclaimed that the shooting is inching towards completion as they just have an 80-days long schedule left to complete.
