Shah Rukh Khan's infamous smoking act has got him in trouble again!

The superstar was publicly smoking at a stadium in Rajasthan, despite the fact that smoking publicly has been banned in Rajasthan since the year 2000.

SRK, who was there to support his team Kolkata Knight Riders at the Indian Premier League (IPL) Cricket Tournament was caught on TV, smoking in style in front of thousands. 

This is not the first time that SRK has been in media eye for smoking publicly. In fact, many feel it's not even morally right, as the youth look up to the actor as an icon. 

The complaint was submitted in the court of the additional chief judicial magistrate and the court has fixed April 12 for hearing in the matter.
