This film will be showcased at International festivals, like all the previous Mira Nair films.

Confirming this news, the talented actress said, "I got a call from the casting director and I couldn't believe that Mira Nair had shown interest in me. Later on I learnt that she had watched both my films before casting me."

This short film is part of an ensemble of several simultaeneous incidents. The character of Richa is of a young girl surrounded by an Indian family. Drawing enthusiasm from her background in theatre Richa says, "I am taking help from my friends in the city to take me around and they're giving me interesting anecdotes."

Talking about her interaction with Nair, she adds, "Despite her prolific body of work, Mira is so grounded. I am looking forward to working on the film."
